The truth is

9 years ago I was told I had A-flutter. A heart issue. Two Ablasions later I still have a heart issue. Cannot fix it. So living is ok . No blood thinners for me. Over 4 years ago they said I may have prostate cancer and that in 5 years I might be dead and broke cause of treatment cost. Still have some money and not dead. Now my arthritis in my shoulders has knocked my out of the water. No more surfing. Can’t get up fast enough. Getting old is tough. I continue to eat best I can and exercise all the time and keeping my stress level down. Doing ok. Riding my E mt. bike all the time. I Think I have one more powerline race in these old bones.
