Yes yesterday’s ride hurt. Over the bars face first into the dirt and rocks. Good helmet saved my head ,good eye protection saved my eyes, good gloves saved my hands. BUY good gear and use it . …. My brother Jeff not doing so well. Stroke. I wish him well but he has a long road to go. Getting ready for summer….
